COLETTE WENGENROTH Village Board Member ![]() |
After growing up in Chicago, I attended Cornell University, earning a BA in Hotel Administration and Boston University earning an MBA. In 1988 I moved to Carlsbad to be the Controller of La Costa Resort and later the Controller at JC Resorts, a local resort and golf course management company. Loving Carlsbad, in 2004 I left the private sector to work for the City of Carlsbad. This strengthened my sense of community and service. In my spare time I love traveling, theater, films and a good glass of wine. I am thrilled to be a part of North County Village and look forward to helping it grow. |

INGA LIDEN Co-Board Chair ![]() |
I was born and educated in Stockholm Sweden and I got my M.A. from Stockholm and Uppsala Universities. After studies and work in Europe I came to America, for an internship at The United Nations, married an American and lived on the East Coast during the 70s and then moved to California, to friends in La Jolla. Here in North County of San Diego we are surrounded by 45 Villages in California and they are all ready to support our growing. I welcome you to sign up for an activity and to see who we are and what kind of programs we offer or maybe you want to suggest something new! As healthy and independent seniors we can share social experiences while we remain in our own homes and trusting the membership to help us out, if needed. |
