Our Mission
The North County Village is a non-profit 501(c)(3) membership organization connecting Carlsbad and Encinitas seniors to community resources to sustain a self-directed life with purpose, promise, and independence. We provide a supportive network of trusted businesses and volunteers, social activities to foster connection, and home assessments to ensure members can live in safety and comfort.


Our Values
As a vibrant member group of 55+ adults and volunteers of all ages, we value and respect the independence and diversity of the people who live in our unique seaside towns. We welcome all who share a vision of positive, successful aging in an inclusive and caring community.
